As we are planning to rapidly scale up, we have adopted a set of principles that guarantees the management a certain degree of flexibility while ensuring that strict monitoring is in place.

As a social enterprise and start-up, Hope Labs goal is to grow sustainably and, as we grow, we want to remain loyal to our values. To achieve this objective, our Board of Directors has put in place strategies and policies that are inspired by the ten principles of the UN Global Compact.
